Welcome to Havelok Homes
Havelok Homes joined the Longhurst Group in 2003. Based in Grimsby, we are prominent across Humberside, currently providing accommodation for 1,700 households. We are a non-profit making organisation formed for the benefit of the community. Our objectives are to carry on the business of providing housing, accommodation and assistance to help house people and associated facilities and amenities.
We are a leading provider of residential care and sheltered housing accommodation for elderly clients, and we provide a range of supported options for people with such needs.

The environment in which we operate has changed and will continue to do so greatly over the coming months and Havelok is positioning itself to take advantage of these changes.
Like the majority of housing associations, we work under the control of a voluntary unpaid Board of Management, which is made up of tenants, councillors and independent people who have the required skills and knowledge.
